Snow. Again.

It's snowing here. again.
At least it's only a light dusting. The girls' schools closed at noon. So I had to pick them up early.

As soon as we got home, they wanted to play in the snow. In their school clothes.

So I let them.

At first, it was fun for all.

Until they put their hands in the snow. Then it wasn't so much fun anymore. Meili joined me in the garage and we watched TJ have fun in the snow. TJ lasted about 3 more minutes and was ready to go inside.

After they warmed up, TJ wanted to go back out. I bundled her up and we went out. Meili joined us a few minutes later. Her big baby wanted to enjoy the snow too! She came out pushing her big baby in a stroller with a hat covering its face. (The baby is Meili's biggest baby, thus the name 'big baby'.) Big baby lasted maybe 1 minute before it was ready to come into the garage. While we waited on TJ, Meili complained about her hands being cold. I put my gloves on her hands and she thought that it was the neatest thing. She kept saying "I wearing Momma's gloves".

 

This snow is more like what we are used to. A light dusting of snow. Enough for the kids to get out of school. And gone by the next afternoon!
