it was not fun. Especially with 2 young kids who don't understand why they can't watch tv, turn lights on, or play on the computer.
TJ's behavior was less than desirable during these days. I struggle with what to write/say since this is a public blog. I guess I'll just leave it at that.
Our trees toppled over due to the weight of the ice and snow. I was able to save the Japanese Maple tree from the doomed fate of the other 2 trees. All it took was a broom and some work to get the snow and ice off of its branches.
This was Meili's first major snow experience. It snowed about 1 inch last year (which is our normal amount of snowfall). She was excited to be in the snow for maybe 2 minutes. When I explained that she had to zip up her jacket and put away her chocolate milk, she was ready to go back inside.
She is definitely her mother's daughter!

ooh...up here in New England we are used to snow. We had a bit ver the weekend and we just threw the boys out into the yard to play in it. They had a blast!
